Three years from now, when our house in the city finally sells, we’re going to build this:
A local builder drew this up for us and we lovingly refer to it as “The Little House.” It got this name because we plan on living here for a little bit and building a bigger one.
It’s 989 square feet (I’m sure glad the farmer and I kinda like each other), but it has 3 bedrooms, air conditioning, indoor plumbing, and a kitchen.
Here’s a little dollhouse view for ya! It’s a super-cute little house, but I really like to entertain and the farmer and I both have big families, so the plan is to live here for a little bit and maybe use it as a guest house when “The Big House” is built.
I can’t wait to get down to the farm and get to see the farmer every night, cook to my heart’s content, and look out the master bedroom window at the pretty hills that make up most of the land down there.
I just have no idea what I’m going to do with all the furniture it took to fill up the house here in the city. I can’t stand to part with any of it!
Praying for a house-selling miracle,
